She was a story

You were a story
You were far from the truth
You painted naked galaxies
On the back of my hand

You were a song
Your music drew me in
You held me in your eyes
With moonbeams shooting out of your hair

You were a painting
with unrecognised colors in your soul
You drew outside the lines

You were a girl
With a knack for whirlwinds
You caught the storms in your fingers
You spun away the world
